Local Shoreham fishermen bring in the best of the daily catch, whilst our wild game is lovingly reared in Piddinghoe, Sussex.

We use delicious Sussex cheeses such as Charmer, Sussex Blue and Mayfield from Arthur Allsop's award-winning dairy. Our range of cakes, including gluten-free options, are lovingly baked by Lucy at Button Bake Co in Twineham, Sussex.

All the vegetables we use are organic and grown by Ashurst Organics in Plumpton, Sussex.
